1.⁠ ⁠Does FINURA offer an inclusive range of sizes?

•⁠  ⁠Our clothes range from S to XXL!

 

 2.⁠ ⁠How can I make an order?

•⁠  ⁠You can order our products by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ button then proceed to checkout.

 

 3.⁠ ⁠Can I amend my order details?

•⁠  ⁠Yes! Do drop us a email info@finura.com.my  to request for any change(s). Order details include change of postage address and personal details. As we are small business, appreciate if changes are made at least 2-3 days after your order!

 

 4.⁠ ⁠Can I cancel my order?

•⁠  ⁠Any cancellations of orders can be requested through our email info@finura.com.my. As we are small business, appreciate if cancellations are made at least 2-3 days after your order!

 

 5.⁠ ⁠What kind of Payment does FINURA accept?

•⁠  ⁠FINURA accepts Debit and Credit Card payments only.

 

 6.⁠ ⁠What is my order type?

•⁠  ⁠All of FINURA's items are ready-stock items. Products will arrive approximately 7-14 days after order has been made. However, FINURA doesn’t offer express or same day shipping as our products need to be sorted out before being shipped out.

 

 7.⁠ ⁠Does FINURA ship to other countries? If so, which countries?

•⁠  ⁠Yes! We ship regionally for now. Currently, the list of countries that we ship to are Malaysia and Singapore ONLY. However, if your country is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@finura.com.my. Our courier services for international shipping (beyond Malaysia) depend on the availability of the couriers.

 

 8.⁠ ⁠What is your Shipping Costs?

•⁠  ⁠Cost for Peninsular Malaysia: The shipping costs will depend on weight of the products but the minimum cost for Peninsular Malaysia will be RM8 (minimum RM8)

•⁠  ⁠Cost for East Malaysia: The shipping costs will depend on weight of the products but the minimum cost for East Malaysia will be RM16 (minimum RM16).

•⁠  ⁠Cost for International Shipping: Shipping Charges may vary depending on the courier services that are available at the time. However, the charges will be calculated and shown at the checkout. Taxes and Import Fees (Only International). If any taxes or import fees are to be charged, FINURA is not responsible to cover those charges. The international taxes are not included in the price of the product.

 

 9.⁠ ⁠What happens when a product is lost or damaged in transit?

•⁠  ⁠FINURA is not responsible for any damages that may be caused after products have been handed to courier services.

 

10.⁠ ⁠What if I received faulty and defective products?

•⁠  ⁠Do drop us an email at info@finura.com.my for us to advise on your next steps!

 

11.⁠ ⁠What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

•⁠  ⁠Return and exchange are only applicable for item(s) that are defected or damaged from our side, with tags still attached or mistaken delivery.

•⁠  ⁠Return & Exchanges can be made within 7 working days from arrival of package for local delivery, 30 days from arrival of package for overseas delivery after item is received with the official receipt and tags still attached.

•⁠  ⁠There are no charges for return, but original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
